Technology (Movement)

When you perform a move action, each of your spaceships may move one area, as normal.

However, each of your spaceships that does not move this turn allows another of your spaceships in the same area to move one extra area this turn.

For example, if you have three spaceships on Ganymede, they could each move to space area 9, or one could remain on Ganymede to allow another to move to Orbit, or two could remain on Ganymede to allow the third to land on Earth.
